The Newland Barn is an extension of Bartlett Park and is located in the Newland Shopping Center on Beach Boulevard and Adams Avenue. It is located behind the Newland House Museum. The museum may not be rented. Rental of the Newland Barn includes the enclosed lawn. The Newland Barn is a multi-use facility and other events may be scheduled at the Newland House Museum during your desired time.
Reservations can be made up to one-year prior to the event date. Due to the high volume of requests for reservations, a lottery is held to determine which party will be able to make the reservation. The lottery will be held daily at the Community Services Department (5th floor of the Huntington Beach Civic Center) at 8:15 am for the corresponding date one year in advance. One representative from each party will be given a raffle ticket and the winning raffle number wins the lottery. The person winning the lottery will be the one who completes the necessary paperwork.
